We believe in the essentials. If your Minbot isn't right for you, we offer a straightforward return process. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your bottle for a full refund.

The Condition

To be eligible for a return, your bottle must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@minbot.co with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund immediately.

Who pays for shipping?

We've got you covered on returns. Once you get in touch, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label so sending your item back is completely hassle-free.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your bottle arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Please send a photo of the issue to hello@minbot.co and we’ll get a new one out to you next-day.
